Emma was very considerate and took her time to explain things thoroughly. She even went out of her way to work the financing so that I could afford to make my dream a reality. I really appreciate her and her teams efforts so much.

I would give it a 4.5 rating (if I could). The Project Manager was very attentive, which was excellent (5 star). This was my first experience publishing a novel, and I appreciated his regular communication and education. The end quality of the art/ book cover and text formatting were very professional. My only frustrations were: (1) when I pointed out a few issues and in return received a message that the issues were corrected, but when I review it not all were addressed, and (2) when I had an expectation as part of the project and found later that it was not part of the deal. All said, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ny Times Publisher again.

I am working with Liz Hales and her team and I love working with them. The communication and team work between her and her team has been great. They are bringing my vision to life with such wonderful illustrations of my children’s book as this is a 20 years dream of mine and now it is coming to fruition with Liz Hales and her great team on Ny Times Publisher....
